terms of service

LAST UPDATE: September 29th, 2025By ordering from me, you, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:1. My commission process consists of: Sketch > Flat Color > Render;
I'll always make sure to send you updates on the drawing, and you're also welcome to ask me for updates if you feel like it!2. The commission may take 2 to 4 weeks, or more depending on the demand or complexity. I'll update you if there are any delays.3. If you're in a rush to get your commission, you can tell me and I'll work faster, but you'll have to pay a rush fee of 40% of the final price (can be higher if the deadline is REALLY tight).4. Payment can be made 100% upfront, or 50% before starting and the other 50% after the sketch is approved.
*Except for the Skeb/ Surprise me option, that has to be paid completely upfront).5. For bigger illustrations/ projects, the payment needs to be discussed and 50% is needed BEFORE I start drawing, the other 50% has to be payed after the sketch is approved.6. Product will be delivered digitally through e-mail, discord, or whatever way the customer prefers.7. Customer can request however many changes you want during the sketching phase, but changes after that phase will come with extra cost, unless they're minor edits, for example, color edits.8. Must be paid in USD through KO-FI (PAYPAL). After we discuss the commission and decide on a price, you'll go to my page and pay the amount of coffees to cover the price agreed upon.9. NO REFUNDS IF THE COMMISSION HAS ALREADY PASSED THE SKETCH PHASE.10. Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.11. I can refuse service anytime for any reason.12. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.13. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

You can request a pose, or leave it up to me, and I'll do 1-2 pose sketches based on the description you give me of the character, and then you choose one of them!

This is my normal Art Style! It can be a bit inconsistent since I'm always trying to make it look better.
I try to keep my drawings expressive, but also more serious looking if needed!

This is a new commission option I'll be trying out:
Basically, you send me a message with the character's reference and a description of their personality/ vibe, and I'll draw something out based on that, but you'll only be able to see the final product, no revisions or sketches!
The drawing won't be too rendered, and it'll have a more sketchy look, but I'll make sure it turns out good :]
I'll allow small changes by the end if you want, but nothing major.(CLICK on the images to enhance)
